Double components liquid silicon adhesive has good fluidity, fast curing speed, high tearing strength and high elongation, good high temperature resistance, weather resistance and anti-ageing, tearing strength high elongation, anti-ozone, and ultraviolet resistance and etc. performance, as well as excellent electric insulating performance.

Application:

Usage:

a) Measuring: Weight A component and B component precisely.

b) Mixing: Put component B into container, which has component B, and mix evenly.

c)Deaerating: put the mixed liquid into the vacuum cabinet to deaerate. It is not necessary to take the air out if there is no foam in regular situation. We suggest the deaerating time should be 5~10 minutes. (If there is no high demand, it will be no necessary to deaerate.), if there is no defoaming equipment, place still about one hour. Use until there is no foam in the adhesive.

d)Injection forming: inject the defoamed adhesive into the mold, and finish injection forming in proper pressure, temperature and period.

Caution

i. Mix A and B components properly and respectively before using!

ii.The prepared adhesive should be sealed and preserved, and should be use out in safe operation period, otherwise it will slowly become hard and cause waste.

iii.The hardening temperature of adhesive has certain relation with temperature. Lower temperature will get slower hardening speed.

iv.This product is not dangerous product, but please do not contact with mouth and eyes, if it spatter into eyes and mouth, wash with great deal of water.

Storage and Transportation:

1.Reserve in dry place, the storage period is 6 months (under 25^oC), it need to recheck when the storage period is expired, and you may continue use if the checking is qualifie

2.This kind of product is not dangerous, it can be shipped as regular chemical products

3.Component A and B should be sealed and preserved.Be careful for leakage during transportation!
